INGREDIENTS FOR THIS KETO PUDDING RECIPE

  • 3/4 cup ground chia seeds
  • 2 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop low carb chocolate protein powder
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup monkfruit (or sweetener of choice)

Gather up all the ingredients before you begin – this makes it easier as you cook in the kitchen.

Heat the almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it becomes hot, dissolve the erythritol in the milk and set aside to cool.
